Originally from Brighton in England, i'm now living a nomadic life and drawn to all things holistic.

Over the last 12 years I have focused on honing a repertoire of alternative skills for optimum wellbeing that together strengthen the mind, body and spirit.

I have been on my own personal and intense journey of death of the ego, spiritual awakening, clairvoyancy development and my own health battles - that no mainstream doctor could resolve... leaving me to find my own way back to balance.

So here I am, ready to share it all with you; to help you further understand yourself and to give you a hand in walking through life with a greater sense of joy and belonging... because life isn't always sunshine and roses.
