Astrology In Action
So whether you follow astrology or not — and let’s be honest, if you’re here reading this you probably do — the point I’m making is this:
In the last two weeks, we’ve had some serious astrological and real-world shifts.
But is this astrology at work… or is this a coincidence?
Realistically, we may never fully know. These things are happening simultaneously. However, if we look at history, there are countless moments where astrology has aligned with, and in many cases anticipated, political upheaval, collective shifts, technological advancements, and even natural disasters.
Here’s are a few major examples:
On the prediction of 2020 pandemic:
“It may well be that we are seriously threatened by a new pandemic in 2020 2021… with the five slowest planets assembled within a hundred degrees, a conjunction of Jupiter Saturn Pluto could lend itself to the ‘fabric’ of this imbalance.”
— André Barbault
On the prediction of 2004 tsunami:
“In my 2004 newsletter, I mentioned that Uranus in Pisces will reflect major tsunamis triggered by underwater earthquakes… my first prediction was made about six months before the Indonesian tsunami.”
— Hassan Jaffer
Astrology Vs Choice
That being said, I personally don’t do hard predictions.
And here’s why.
I believe choice plays a massive role in outcome. Astrology, for me, is a guide of energy and not a fixed script. Even when we’re doing something as simple as going to the supermarket, we’re making personal choices. For instance we can all look for a product but for different reasons - cheaper, better quality, closer to home and/or more aligned with our values.
There are always multiple factors behind a decision.
For me, using astrology is the same.
It’s one lens — a powerful assistant — but still just one lens of looking.
However… the last two weeks have made me rethink how deeply I connect, honour and believe in that lens.
Because in my personal world, there has been significant, almost unbelievable, upheaval.
My Astro Physical Experience
So let me share my story:
I was fully aware that Saturn was going to be entering Aries, Neptune too, then a Mercury retrograde was happening, and a Virgo lunar eclipse was sitting right beside it all. My Sun and Mercury are in Aries, my second house of money management, skills, and resources is in Virgo, I have a Pisces stellium in the 8th house of transformation and undercover world which correlated to the aspect of Neptunes movement and Saturn sits in my 4th house in Scorpio which is the house of the home, roots, property to name but a few things that are relevant here.
I knew every one of these astrological movements would affect me in a big way.
But I didn’t fully hold astrology to it.
And now? I’m seeing it differently.
Because I’m writing this from a UK property rental, having had to let go of my three-month renovation and air b n b in Keliki Bali, my 2 year investment kitas (visa) and PT PMA (business license).
It turns out there were elements of my visa and legal documentation that were not presented to me clearly by both my agent and my legal advisor. Although I was assured that the way I was working with my holiday let was within regulations.
It wasn’t.
From Bali With Love
At the same time, while my mum was visiting, I discovered there was a gas leak in the house — something I’d subconsciously noticed but only fully realised when we both started getting headaches. I was sleeping with windows and doors open. A wild cat kept appearing, crying persistently, not leaving my space until I got rid of all the gas canisters and turned of the old downstairs fridge.
If you know me, you know animals are signs for me. (Yes, I see numbers too — but animals speak louder.) My sixth house is in Capricorn, ruled by Saturn. Jupiter and Neptune sit there also. Animals have always symbolised supportive guides and expansion in my life. Saturn the ruler of Capricorn was being supported by Jupiter (the planet of luck and expansion) in this moment and was trying to warn me. To tell me to get out.
Construction also started nearby, so many obstacles started to occur. I finally decided to leave the property the week after my mum left, but was unsure how I was going to move on from the investment kitas I had, with no KBML focus.
And then, with all this in the back of my mind, I then got a email from immigration.
The Astrology Link
So where am I going with this astrologically?
If I had fully committed to astrology as my primary guide — not just alongside logic and practicality — I would have 100% navigated this differently.
I would have cancelled the visa I was on back in November, when I was frustrated by the visa I had been given and struggling to navigate my visa allowances that mainly focused on property. I would have left Bali and returned on a working kitas or digital nomad kitas to focus on what I am born to do (according to astrology) and where life opens up for me – working in wellbeing & helping others.
But here’s the bigger lesson.
Although by the time I received my visa I had been given a visa that didn’t give me the allowances I needed, I didn’t know there was a minimum annual investment requirement attached to my visa — $640,000 when I first applied - I specifically asked if there was one. I was told no. But rules change in Bali very quickly it seems and when I got the visa this law wasn't there, but had then been applied.
There was no way my work would have reached that threshold anyway. And failing to meet it would have resulted in fines and blacklisting.
A Chance To Listen
So in hindsight?
Me being sent home from Bali with no fine and no need to pay for my the cancellation of any of my documents - This has been a blessing.
Saturn — the planet of discipline, structure, karma, and long-term mastery — essentially said:
“Enough spreading yourself thin. Enough redirecting your energy into projects that aren’t your core purpose. Tighten up. Get precise. Do the research. Read the fine print.Trust yourself first.”
I originally wanted a working visa. I wasn’t informed properly but trusted authorities. I jumped at the opportunity given by a very established agent (25 years in Java and Bali) because I was excited to be in Bali and I wanted to stay.
That’s on me.
There were creative, beautiful parts to redesigning and renting the Airbnb. I loved it and I managed it well. But my work, my gifts to the world are in wellbeing, astrology, energy and intuitive/psychic guidance.
It says it clearly in my chart.
I have a deep ability to understand health and wellbeing, (Neptune & Jupiter in the sixth house) combined with strong intuitive perception (Pisces stellium and 29 degree placements in the 8th house). I tap into people very quickly. I feel what they need instantly. That’s why I’ve expanded into astro-therapy. I realised that even in casual encounters, I became people’s therapist immediately rather than their friend. And that dynamic doesn’t serve me unless it’s held within a clear container – in boundaries.
So now it will be.
This whole experience has felt like Saturn redirecting me:
“Focus. Refine. Build properly.”
And Neptune pulling the veil away from my Pisces stellium – whereby I have been offering more than needed compassion and empathy for most and sometimes i've been in the illusion of everyone being good at heart.
The Virgo Lunar Eclipse added to that by saying:
“Right, where are we going now that we are in alignment with self? Make sure you double triple check all the details and don’t trust anyone bar yourself once you’ve done the research”
A Mercury Retrograde then came in after to note that I should:
“Slow down and reflect on all that has happened, make sure you are 100% clear on the path you are aiming for, if its’ not align – it won’t stay and its’ time to go”
And if you look at current collective aggressive transits — Mars conjunct Uranus right through Iran on the cartography map - this is volatile cosmic energy being activated in that area – war in Iran and the rest of the Middle East.
Thanks For The Guidance
Astrology speaks in energy and our emotions play out what we energetically feel. We are all feeling it but some people are just more in tune with it. They work with it or have been conditioned to understand it. The majority of the world has been taught to shut that bit up and listen to the mind which just reacts to what it feels based only on past experiences. So in any case it’s so distant from what is actually happening in the now it generally takes a wrong analysis.
Most of the time people are running in circles of the same pattern simply because within a feeling of one emotion – energy, they react from a preconceived idea from the past and don’t use their instinct to make a judgement.
For those of you in business or events, this matters too. Astrology can help you time launches, collaborations, investments, and expansions for maximum alignment and prosperity.
Previously, I believed in astrology.
Now?
I respect it on a whole new level.
Not as rigid fate. Not as blind destiny. But as a living, breathing teacher.
Do I believe there’s a set path?
Sometimes it feels that way.
But I also believe understanding your astrology chart and preparation changes experience.
And that’s the difference.
So from this blog – Tealing Garden will be expanding in different ways, because its my soul purpose and soul focus— but sustainably, because my kiron and my MC in Taurus in my 10th house doesn’t want to rush this and wants to make it last.
I’m here for the long hall to help you, guide you, expand and evolve.
Astrology didn’t “ruin” anything, although it was humiliating and scary at the time.
It cleared the slate for what did not serve me - putting whats right in my path. That's supportive but also structurally aligned Saturn for you, right in my sun sign of Aries.
So I’m curious…
Do you think my situation was my astrological fate?
Just a coincidence?
Destiny unfolding exactly as it was meant to?
I’d genuinely love to know your thoughts.
